You can enter into a contract for the Mobiil-ID service in sales offices of your mobile operator. Be sure to have your ID-card with you as an identification document.

Having entered into the contract for the Mobiil-ID service, you will be given a new Mobile-ID SIM that should be inserted into your mobile telephone.

For activation of the service, you need to use your ID-card for logging into the Mobiil-ID activation page and follow the instructions on the screen.

And off to use the Mobiil-ID service you go!

Your mobile telephone number as well as all your previous phone services will remain unchanged.

Mobiil-ID-s are issued in accordance with the Digital Signatures Act and the personal identification routine follows as strict technological and organisational rules as the procedure that is followed when issuing ID-cards.
